Burrata Salad

OK – so, maybe this isn’t so much a salad with a lot of greens, but I am a huge fan of burrata and this dish is fantastic!

Wondering about burrata?  It’s a cheese – but what makes it unique (and delish) is that it’s like ricotta cheese INSIDE of a shell of mozzarella cheese that is formed into a ball.  How awesome is that?

What’s even more fun is the pronunciation.  “Boo-rata” is the correct way and do you know what makes it even better?  You get to ROLL the Rs in it!

I hope you’ll give this recipe a try and if this is your first time tasting burrata, I’d love to hear what you think about it!
