Charcuterie Wreath

With just a little bit of time and patience, this Charcuterie Wreath will be the hit at your next holiday party! You can use a variety of different foods that you enjoy serving on a charcuterie board, add 3-4 to a short skewer, and then build your wreath!

I created one layer of skewers using a variety of different combinations of food including pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, quartered artichoke hearts, black olives, green olives, small dill pickles, roasted red bell peppers, and small mozzarella balls. When creating the first layer, I kept the skewers as close to one another as I could. I then created a second layer and added them to fill in the spaces of the wreath.

The final touch is to add some fresh herbs to make it festive! I had a lot of fresh parsley in my garden so that’s what I chose. You could also use sprigs of rosemary or thyme.

Easy and a great dish to share for the holidays!
