Frozen Mojitos

It’s week 3 of Cocktail Month and for this post, I’m inspired by Bobby Flay and his recipe for a Frozen Mojito.  I am a huge fan of mojitos – and dumping it in a blender and adding ice seemed like the perfect idea to me!  I did add more lime juice than what the recipe uses – wanted mine a little more tart than sweet.  This will definitely be a repeat cocktail this summer and could easily be made in larger batches.  We even planted fresh mint in our new garden – specifically for mojitos….cheers!
