This recipe couldn’t be any easier and your guests will be pleasantly surprised how well the sweetness of the peach, the saltiness of the prosciutto, and the creaminess of the mozzarella pair so well together!
Simply add cherry sized mozzarella (ciliegene) to a short skewer, cut a slice of prosciutto lengthwise and roll up, add to the skewer and finish with a peach slice. Once you have all of your skewers plated, top with a little bit of freshly ground pepper, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
You can easily prepare these in advance, then add the pepper, olive oil, and balsamic glaze just before serving.
