These appetizers are super easy to assemble, especially if you are hosting or attending a last minute get together! You can certainly use different ingredients, I focused on what I already had on hand when I made these. I received a gift from my colleagues full of amazing food from Omaha Steaks. Part of it was the Grand Sampler of salames – so I opted to use the Peppered Salame for this – it was perfect!

The other ingredients I included are a green olive, a Kalamata olive, marinated Mozzarella cheese ball, and a piece of a roasted red bell pepper. You can purchase these in a jar, but they are easy enough to roast yourself if you have time.
