Rosemary Lemon Margaritas

It’s that time of year when lemons are abundant here in the Valley of the Sun…we don’t have any citrus trees in our yard, and frankly, we don’t need them.  We are fortunate enough to have generous neighbors who provide us with bountiful amounts of citrus when in season.  Last week, I shared a recipe for Lemon Cheesecake Bars and this week I focused on a cocktail to enjoy.

I found this recipe for Rosemary Lemon Margaritas on All Recipes and it is an interesting twist on a margarita – using lemon juice and rosemary to add a unique flavor.  This particular recipe is by Sauza Tequila and will be refreshing on those upcoming hot days that will be here before you know it.  Oh – and did you see that cute flour sack towel that the drink is on in the photo?  A recent house guest to our cabin gave that to us and we discovered it after they left – it’s gorgeous and we love it!  It’s a wholesale item from Potluck Press, but you can shop their fantastic line of retail products here.

Cheers!
