Mojito – a fun word and a tasty beverage! I found this Cuban Mojito recipe on Taste of Cuba that adds powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar to the cocktail – this was something I hadn’t tried, so wanted to check it out! These are very easy to make, you do need a muddler (long wooden stick used to mash the lime juice, mint, and in this case, powdered sugar together) – or you can also use the back of a long spoon.
I have seen many versions of Mojitos to change up the flavors – I love the original, but will definitely be test tasting more versions this summer!
